Obituary:
Marjorie Weston-Hiller Heneka, 91, of Apollo Beach, Florida and a former long time Yale resident, passed away Monday, March 1, 2010 at Superior Residence of Brandon, Brandon, Florida.
She was born in Speaker Township, Sanilac County July 13, 1918, the daughter of Harry and Elda Kettlewell Weston.
She married Melvin Hiller November 9, 1940. He died September 22, 1962. She then married A. Wm. Heneka February 6, 1965 in Yale. He died July 29, 1989.
Marge owned her own hair salon and had been a licensed cosmetologist since 1957. She was a member of the Sacred Heart Church and its Altar Society since 1950.
Surviving are a son and daughter-in-law, James (Beverly) Hiller of Florida; four granddaughters, Kellie Sue, Sara, Kelly Marie and Carrie, nine great grandchildren; one brother, Ray Weston of Fairfield Glade, Tennessee, four nieces and a nephew.
Preceding her in death were a son, Michael Hiller and three brothers, Dick, Ted, and Bob Weston.
Her family honors the memory of Marjorie and invites you to visit and share memories Thursday 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Kaatz Funeral Directors, Yale, Rite of Christian Burial will be 10:00 a.m. Friday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Yale. Fr. Paul Czarnota will officiate. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery, Yale.
